Control Cable— Manufacturer & Supplier

Control cables carry low-voltage signals between instruments, controllers, and actuators in industrial automation systems. Unlike power cables that deliver energy, control cables transmit measurement data, control commands, and status signals — making them the nervous system of any modern plant or facility.

Our control cable range covers 2 to 61 cores with conductor cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 10 mm², manufactured to IEC 60227, IEC 60502-1, GB/T 9330, and BS 5308. Insulation options include PVC (standard, 70°C rated) and XLPE (for higher temperature environments, 90°C rated). Screening is available as copper braid, copper tape, or aluminium-polyester tape for EMI-sensitive instrumentation circuits.

Typical buyers include EPC contractors building power stations, petrochemical plants, water treatment facilities, and factory automation systems. We supply both unarmoured versions for cable tray installation and armoured versions (STA/SWA) for outdoor or underground routing. All cables are manufactured at our factory in Henan with full IEC routine testing on every production batch.

Application Scenarios

Power Station & Substation Control

Multi-core control cables (19-core to 61-core) connecting protection relays, circuit breakers, transformers, and SCADA systems. Typically armoured (KVV22) for outdoor cable trenches between buildings.

Petrochemical & Process Industry

Screened control cables (KVVP) for instrument signal transmission in refineries, chemical plants, and gas processing facilities where electromagnetic interference from large motors and VFDs must be rejected.

Factory Automation & PLC Systems

Flexible control cables (KVVR) routed through cable trays to connect PLC I/O modules, sensors, motor starters, and HMI panels. Smaller core counts (4-12 cores) in 0.75-1.5 mm² are typical.

Building Management Systems

Control cables for HVAC, fire alarm, elevator, and security systems in commercial buildings. LSZH sheathed versions available for enclosed spaces where fire safety is required.
