Rubber Cable— Manufacturer & Supplier

Rubber-sheathed cables are designed for environments that destroy ordinary PVC cables — mining faces, construction sites, welding workshops, and mobile heavy equipment. The rubber compound (natural rubber, neoprene/chloroprene, or EPR) provides exceptional flexibility at extreme temperatures, resistance to mechanical abuse, and tolerance of oil, chemicals, and UV exposure.

Our rubber cable range includes welding cables (YH series, single-core, 200-600A), general-purpose heavy-duty flexible cables (YC series, multi-core, 450/750V), medium-duty cables (YZ series), and mining trailing cables rated up to 3.6/6 kV. Conductors are Class 5 or Class 6 flexible copper per IEC 60228, providing the tight bend radius needed for cables that move in service.

These cables serve welding equipment manufacturers, mining operations, construction companies, port crane operators, and industrial maintenance teams. We manufacture to IEC 60245, GB/T 5013, and can produce to AS/NZS 1802 for mining applications. All rubber compounds are factory-tested for tensile strength, elongation, and aging resistance per IEC 60811.

Application Scenarios

Welding Equipment

Single-core welding cables (YH 16-120 mm²) connecting welding machines to electrode holders and work clamps. Rated for 200-600A intermittent duty with excellent flexibility for operator comfort.

Construction Sites & Mobile Equipment

Heavy-duty YC cables powering concrete mixers, tower cranes, portable generators, and temporary site distribution boards. Built to withstand dragging, crushing, and outdoor weather exposure.

Mining Operations

Trailing cables for shuttle cars, continuous miners, and longwall equipment. Reinforced sheath with earth monitoring conductors per mining safety regulations. Oil, flame, and abrasion resistant compounds.

Port & Marine Applications

Flexible power cables for ship-to-shore cranes, container handling equipment, and reeling applications. Neoprene sheath provides seawater and UV resistance for harsh coastal environments.

Why Source Rubber Cable From Us

Specialized Rubber Compounding

Our factory operates dedicated rubber cable production lines with in-house compound mixing. We control the rubber formulation for each application — natural rubber for flexibility, neoprene for oil resistance, EPR for temperature extremes.

Flexibility Testing Guaranteed

Every rubber cable batch undergoes bending test, tensile test, and elongation test per IEC 60811. Aging resistance verified through accelerated thermal aging. You receive test certificates documenting mechanical performance.

Complete Size Range in Stock Production

Welding cable from 16 mm² to 120 mm², YC from 3×2.5 to 3×95+1×50 — all on active production lines with typical lead time of 15-20 days for standard sizes. Volume orders ship faster.
