Rubber Cable— Manufacturer & Supplier
Rubber-sheathed cables are designed for environments that destroy ordinary PVC cables — mining faces, construction sites, welding workshops, and mobile heavy equipment. The rubber compound (natural rubber, neoprene/chloroprene, or EPR) provides exceptional flexibility at extreme temperatures, resistance to mechanical abuse, and tolerance of oil, chemicals, and UV exposure.
Our rubber cable range includes welding cables (YH series, single-core, 200-600A), general-purpose heavy-duty flexible cables (YC series, multi-core, 450/750V), medium-duty cables (YZ series), and mining trailing cables rated up to 3.6/6 kV. Conductors are Class 5 or Class 6 flexible copper per IEC 60228, providing the tight bend radius needed for cables that move in service.
These cables serve welding equipment manufacturers, mining operations, construction companies, port crane operators, and industrial maintenance teams. We manufacture to IEC 60245, GB/T 5013, and can produce to AS/NZS 1802 for mining applications. All rubber compounds are factory-tested for tensile strength, elongation, and aging resistance per IEC 60811.
