China Cable Factory is the English brand name of Huanghe Cable (河南黄河线缆有限公司), located in the Weibei Industrial Park of Fengquan District, Henan Province, China, adjacent to National Highway 107 with convenient transportation access.

Established in the early 1980s through the restructuring of the former state-owned Xinxiang Yellow River Cable Factory, we are a comprehensive enterprise integrating cable production, R&D, and domestic and international trade. In 2016, the subsidiary Intebes Cable Co., Ltd. was founded to further expand export capabilities.

As one of central China's established cable manufacturers, Huanghe Cable operates 60 production lines equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment and 45 testing machines for complete quality control. Our annual production capacity reaches approximately 3.5 billion yuan (RMB).

Company History

Early 1980s

State-owned Xinxiang Yellow River Cable Factory established

Founded as a state-owned enterprise dedicated to cable manufacturing in Henan Province.

1990s

Enterprise restructuring

Restructured into Henan Yellow River Cable Co., Ltd. (河南黄河线缆有限公司), becoming a modern comprehensive enterprise.

2000s

Expansion & modernization

Expanded to 60 production lines, installed advanced equipment, and established a complete testing laboratory with 45 testing machines.

2016

Intebes Cable Co., Ltd. founded

Established subsidiary Intebes Cable to strengthen international trade and export capabilities.
