ABC (Aerial Bundled Cable) is an insulated overhead distribution cable consisting of XLPE-insulated aluminum cores twisted around a bare or insulated neutral messenger. Compared to bare conductors, ABC dramatically reduces theft, accidental contact, tree-trip outages, and line-to-line faults — making it the modern standard for low-voltage distribution in cities, rural electrification, and international grid projects.

Q.Do you supply ABC accessories (insulation piercing connectors, suspension clamps)?
Yes. We supply matching ABC accessories — IPC connectors, dead-end clamps, suspension clamps, hooks, and pole brackets — through our partner factories. One PO covers cable + accessories.
Q.What's the typical lead time for a 40HQ container of ABC?
10-15 days for standard sizes (3×16+1×25 to 3×120+1×95). Custom configurations or large orders quoted case by case. We can drum-pack 1000m / 1500m / 2000m per drum.
Q.Is ABC suitable for tropical climates with heavy UV?
Yes. Our XLPE insulation includes carbon black UV stabilizer rated for tropical sun exposure. We've supplied ABC to projects in the Philippines, Nigeria, and the UAE with no UV degradation issues reported after 5+ years of service.
